Alegna González (born 2 January 1999 in Ojinaga) is an athlete who competes internationally for Mexico. Her last victories are the women's 10 km walk in the World Junior Championships 2018 and the women's 10 km walk in the World Race Walking Cup 2018. She competes in 10 km walk, 20 km walk and mixed marathon race walk.
